Infeed Conveyor with Lane Divider: -

·         Online Product infeed Belt Conveyor shall be provided in 90° with Shrink Tunnel.

·         Infeed conveyor shall be having THREE LANE’ s.

·         Single Lane Bottle Sensor shall be provided.

·         Conveyor shall be having individual gearbox motor with AC invertors for control speed of conveyor.

Automatic Bottle Conveyor with Guider & matrix Pusher System: -

·         Bottle conveyor shall be provided.

·         Bottles shall be collating automatically as per the required matrix.

·         Pusher assembly shall be provided to push the case configuration or a Matrix.

·         Side guider & Top Guider system shall be provided to guide the bottles and to formed a required matrix without deformation of matrix.

Automatic Web Sealer with Sealer Conveyor : -

·         Highly efficient Continuously Heated & Thermostatically Controlled Aluminum Alloy Front Seal Head for providing Strong, Perfect & Next Sealing.

·         Top & Bottom film roll mounting with Motorized unwinding system.

·         The unwinding of shrink film shall be automatic.

·         Emergency Switches & all safeties shall be provided.

Shrink Tunnel: -

·         A heavy Duty Shrink Tunnel shall be provided.

·         In-feed Zone, Heating Zone & Cooling Zone shall be provided.

·       

·         Tunnel shall be insulated with Glass wool.

·         S.S. L Shaped finned heaters shall be provided.

·         Emergency Switches & all safeties shall be provided.

·         The Heating Zone shall be thermostatically controlled by Blower motors as per requirement.

·         Cooling Zone shall be provided to cool the Case or Matrix easily and Fastly to get good shrinkage result.

The machine is having round Tank with 14 Head Filling. The filling valves are specially designed to fill Water from 200 ml to 1000 ml. The machine is provided with 12 Head Rinsing Nozzle with twelve set of Catcher for holding bottle which also allows the bottle to get washed from inside.

The machine is having 5 sets of special Capper to tighten the cap of your mentioned size. As this machine is complete mechanical operated no compressor is required.

The machine is also provided with cap feeder, which has a capacity of approx. 5000-6000 caps.

The machine is provided with 5 feet In-feed Air Conveyor and 5 feet Out-feed motorized Conveyor for unloading the filled bottle with Inspection Board and MS Powdered coated Shrinking machine in line. Machine is provided with Variable Speed Controller

The machine is having 8 sets of special Capper to tighten the cap of your mentioned size.  The machine is suitable for filling any type of liquid, which has free flow density. As this machine is complete mechanical operated no compressor is required.

The machine is also provided with cap feeder, which has a capacity of approx. 3500 - 4000 caps.

The machine is provided with 5 feet In-feed Air Conveyor and 5 feet Out-feed motorized Conveyor for unloading the filled bottle with Inspection Board and MS Powdered coated Shrinking machine in line. Machine is provided with Variable Speed Controller.
