Automatic Rinsing, Filling & Capping Machine: 60BPM Model No.: ARFC-60 (14 Head Rinsing, 12 Head Filling & 5 Head Capping)

The machine is having round Tank with 14 Head Filling. The filling valves are specially designed to fill Water from 200 ml to 1000 ml. The machine is provided with 12 Head Rinsing Nozzle with twelve set of Catcher for holding bottle which also allows the bottle to get washed from inside.

The machine is having 5 sets of special Capper to tighten the cap of your mentioned size. As this machine is complete mechanical operated no compressor is required.

The machine is also provided with cap feeder, which has a capacity of approx. 5000-6000 caps.

The machine is provided with 5 feet In-feed Air Conveyor and 5 feet Out-feed motorized Conveyor for unloading the filled bottle with Inspection Board and MS Powdered coated Shrinking machine in line. Machine is provided with Variable Speed Controller.

Description:  

CGF series atmospheric cleaning, filling and capping three-in-one machine is mainly used for pure water. It has the advantages of advanced structure, stable operation, reliability, safe operation, convenience, stepless adjustment, and high production efficiency.

The machine is provided with 5 feet In-feed Air Conveyor and 5 feet Out-feed motorized Conveyor for unloading the filled bottle with Inspection Board and MS Powdered coated Shrinking machine in line. Machine is provided with Variable Speed Controller.

Ø  The Bottles Will be transfer from your buffer conveyor to our INFEED CONVEYOR.

Ø  Bottles Will be divided in a lane divider as per provided, the in-feed belt Will be running continuously to maintain the production.

Ø  Then the Bottles transfer to out AUTOMATIC CONVEYOR and collates the CASE or a matrix as per requirement. Then the matrix PUSHER SYSTEM pusher and GUIDER SYSTEM Guides the bottles so it can transfer beyond the seal / cut bar with ease.

Ø  The Matrix Will be transfer to SEALER After sealing and cutting the product transfer the matrix on Shrink tunnel. The sealer conveyor Will be Will be intermittently start stop with SEALER Automatic Programmed.

Ø  The products is pushed beyond the sealing bar and at the same time it is wrapped by means of “Sleeve” system consisting of two rolls mounted on top & bottom with positive unwind system. During the return of the pusher, the sealing bar descends in order to seal / cut the film.

Ø  At the time of sealing and cutting of the film, the product is held by a product hold unit in order to keep the product tight & steady.

Ø  Once the sealing procedure is completed, the cycle repeats, the first package is being pushed on to the shrink tunnel conveyor by the next package.

Ø  The SHRINK TUNNEL is heated by means of SS tubular finned heaters and the hot air circulation is circulated by a turbo fan. The tunnel conveyor has a variable speed drive unit positioned in the control panel, the temperature of shrink tunnel & sealing bar controlled by a sensor connected to the digital controller, which permits the total adjustment of the temperature from the outside.

Ø  After shrinking process, the product before disturbed by handling, the package cooled to set the film in its new shape at product cooling unit.

Ø  Thus the cycle repeats.
