Product Pump [1 No.]:

To boost water pressure from storage tank and deliver to the Filler tank at required pressure and volume.

·         SS Pump of 1 hp LEO / CNP  or equivalent

·         The pump flow rate will be 8,500 lph @ 2 to 3 bar pressure    

 

Rinsing Pump [1 No.]:

To boost water pressure from storage tank and deliver to the Rinser Station at required pressure and volume.

• SS Pump of 1 hp LEO make or equivalent
• The pump flow rate will be 5,000 lph @ 2  bar pressure

 

Piping (Filling Machine):

The interconnecting piping for the filling machine system along with valves and other fittings shall be in SS 304 grade.

 

Air Conveyor (Bottle Infeed):

It is a special purpose design conveyor to feed bottle with a very high speed loading without damaging the shape of the bottle.

·          1 hp, 3 phase (1 No.) 2800 RPM high speed blower motor Delco make or equivalent.

 

Discharge Conveyor (Bottle Outfeed):

It is a special purpose design slat belt conveyor to unload filled bottle from the Machine after Capping.

·         Inline geared motor 1 hp, Bon Vario make or equivalent.

·         All parts & slat belt are made of SS 304 Material.
