Aim Technologies is a leading 3KVT Pet Blowing Machine manufacturer, exporter in Gujarat, India.

We designed this 3 KVT Pet Blowing Machine to produce more with less money invested. In order for our customer to be able to operate and maintain the fully-Automatic Pet Blow Molding Machine independently (without our help), we simplified its technology. This easily accessible machine can blow up to one liter of drink, water, and many other bottles.

We are an experienced and technically skilled manufacturer of pet blowers for mineral water and cold drink bottles.

The machine uses continuous rotation system with multiple safety protection devices to ensure the high speed preform feeding.

Horizontal rotation transfer system makes the construction and maintenance much easier, and reduces cost of spare parts.

Compact preform heating distance design for efficient heating reduces energy consumption.

The water runs directly through the heating channel with air cooling system to protect preforms neck from deformation.

Optimize oven air draft and preform surface cooling. Reversible heating box makes it easier to change lamps.

Mould closing adopts CAM linkage, no chain plate pin shaft makes it small volume and long lift

Using hard claw to catch the preform and bottle, no wear with long life.

Servo motor for moving the preform into mould, ensure fast speed and accurate positioning.

Servo motor is used to drive the drawing and blowing station, equipped with high-speed precision blowing valve set to achieve high production requirements.

Stainless steel pipe makes the air blowing cleaner without pollution.
