After Completion of filling capping and labeling, product containers are being fed automatically to lane divider and start moving in a single lane form on the collating table in a matrix form. Required container pack matrix formation being done by collation through a pneumatic pusher, which after completion is transferred forward for the "web sealer" position.

During sealing / cutting operation , the operator remains ready with the next package, and cycle repeats. While all of this is in process, the first package is pushed into the Shrink Tunnel conveyor automatically by next package.

The shrink tunnel is heated by means of SS tubular finned heaters and the hot air is circulated by a turbo fan. The tunnel conveyor has a variable speed drive unit positioned in the control panel. The temperature of shrink tunnel & sealing bar is controlled by a sensor connected to the digital controller, which permits the total adjustment of the temperature from the outside.

After shrinking process, the package is cooled to set the film in its new shape at product cooling unit.

Technical Specification:

 

Ø  The Bottles Will be transfer from your buffer conveyor to our INFEED CONVEYOR.

Ø  Bottles Will be divided in a lane divider as per provided, the in-feed belt Will be running continuously to maintain the production.

Ø  Then the Bottles transfer to out AUTOMATIC CONVEYOR and collates the CASE or a matrix as per requirement. Then the matrix PUSHER SYSTEM pusher and GUIDER SYSTEM Guides the bottles so it can transfer beyond the seal / cut bar with ease.

Ø  The Matrix Will be transfer to SEALER After sealing and cutting the product transfer the matrix on Shrink tunnel. The sealer conveyor Will be Will be intermittently start stop with SEALER Automatic Programmed.

Ø  The products is pushed beyond the sealing bar and at the same time it is wrapped by means of “Sleeve” system consisting of two rolls mounted on top & bottom with positive unwind system. During the return of the pusher, the sealing bar descends in order to seal / cut the film.

Ø  At the time of sealing and cutting of the film, the product is held by a product hold unit in order to keep the product tight & steady.

Ø  Once the sealing procedure is completed, the cycle repeats, the first package is being pushed on to the shrink tunnel conveyor by the next package.

Ø  The SHRINK TUNNEL is heated by means of SS tubular finned heaters and the hot air circulation is circulated by a turbo fan. The tunnel conveyor has a variable speed drive unit positioned in the control panel, the temperature of shrink tunnel & sealing bar controlled by a sensor connected to the digital controller, which permits the total adjustment of the temperature from the outside.

Ø  After shrinking process, the product before disturbed by handling, the package cooled to set the film in its new shape at product cooling unit.

Ø  Thus the cycle repeats.

Infeed Conveyor with Lane Divider: -

Online Product infeed Modular Belt Conveyor shall be provided in 180° with Shrink Tunnel.

Eight Lane Bottle Sensor shall be provided.

Conveyor shall be having individual gearbox motor with AC invertors for control speed of conveyor.

Automatic Bottle Collater Conveyor with Guider & matrix Pusher System: -

Bottle collator conveyor shall be imported and Modular conveyor belt shall be provided.

Shall be having individual gearbox motor with AC invertors to control the speed of conveyor

Bottles shall be collates automatically as per the required matrix.

Side guider & Top Guider system shall be provided to guide the bottles and to formed a required matrix without deformation of matrix.

Automatic Web Sealer with Sealer Conveyor: -

Highly efficient Continuously Heated & Thermostatically Controlled Aluminum Alloy Front Seal Head for providing Strong, Perfect & Next Sealing.

Top & Bottom film roll mounting with Motorised unwinding system.

The unwinding of shrink film shall be automatic.

Shrink Tunnel: -

A heavy Duty Shrink Tunnel shall be provided.

Shrink tunnel with twin turbo blower fan assembly.

Tunnel shall be insulated with 3 Glass wool.

S.S. U Shaped finned heaters with 6 banks of heater system shall be provided.

Cooling Unit shall be having FANS to cool the Case or Matrix easily and Fastly to get good shrinkage result.
